We raise our own cattle using natural protocols in order to provide beef for the all-natural markets. We also purchase outside cattle that can be raised conventional or all-natural.

The preferred breed on our farm is Limousin, as it has been proven to produce lean and tender beef. Limousin beef has all the flavor and juiciness you would expect from premium beef without all the regrets from too much fat. It’s low in sodium, nutrient dense and very efficient to produce. Because of the high demand for this quality of beef, Whitby Farms is always looking to buy feeder cattle that will fill this market.
